1. Our Business
AC Pipe & Equipment buys new, used, red band, and junk oilfield pipe, tubing, sucker rods, and surplus casing, and reclaims that steel into products such as fencing, corrals, and vineyard posts. We operate yards in Bakersfield, CA; Bismarck, ND; and Hobbs, NM.
2. Quotes & Purchases of Pipe (Selling to Us)
- Quotes we provide for material you offer to sell are estimates based on the information and photos you provide, and are subject to physical inspection and verification.
- Final pricing is confirmed after inspection of quantity, grade, and condition. Pricing may reflect per-piece, per-ton, red band, or scrap values as applicable.
- By offering material for sale, you represent that you have clear title and the legal right to sell it, and that it is free of liens or encumbrances.
- Scheduling, pickup, and logistics are arranged by mutual agreement. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of purchase.
3. Product Sales (Buying from Us)
- Unless expressly stated in writing, all reclaimed and manufactured products are sold "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We strive to describe products accurately but do not guarantee condition, dimensions, authenticity, or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyers are encouraged to inspect before purchase.
- Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
4. Payment & Fees
Payment terms are agreed at the time of each transaction. Any applicable taxes, fees, or charges will be disclosed. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the transaction.
5. Shipping, Pickup & Delivery
For product purchases, arrangements for shipping or pickup, along with related costs, duties, and taxes, are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We are not liable for loss or damage occurring after material has been transferred to the buyer or a carrier.
6. Acceptable Use
- You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- You may not misuse our content, trademarks, or intellectual property without written permission.
- Harassment, fraud, or misrepresentation in any transaction is prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AC Pipe & Equipment LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. The Steel Horse Auctions name and logo are used under the Company's rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AC Pipe & Equipment LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our services, or reliance on any material bought or sold. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount of the transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kern County, California.
